Dogs and cats allowed. One-time pet fee: $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $50 per pet. Weight limit: 50 lbs. Maximum number of pets is two.

Breed restrictions apply (e.g., Pit Bull and mixes, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Akita). Certified service dogs allowed; reasonable accommodations considered case-by-case.
